Since beginning his career in dentistry, Julio has believed that the success of any treatment depends on seamless communication between the dental chair and the laboratory. To create that harmony, he has remained actively involved in both clinical and laboratory roles since 2016, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the entire restorative process.

Julio is passionate about digital planning and CAD/CAM technology while maintaining a strong human-centered approach to patient care. His unique background allows him to understand both the real-world needs of clinicians and the expectations of patients, helping bridge the gap between technology, function, and esthetics. 

More than simply providing a service, Julio strives to be a trusted partner to clinicians—helping restore confident, functional, and beautiful smiles through honest communication, professionalism, and predictable workflows.

Alejandro brings strong scanning experience, along with hands-on skills fabricating lithium disilicate and zirconia restorations, including implant cases.

On top of that, he’s comfortable around the technical side of the lab. He’s even worked with Damien before to troubleshoot milling machines, which shows his problem-solving mindset and ability to jump in when things need fixing.

Alejandro also brings leadership experience from private practice and the discipline of his United States Marine Corps service. Later this fall, he’ll be receiving a list of dates for a 4-month military dental lab technician training program, which will give him the chance to expand his skills even further.
